Vince Zampella, Has Passed Away in a California Traffic Collision
Vince Zampella, the mind behind the wildly popular video game Call of Duty, has died in a vehicle crash in Los Angeles, California aged 55.
His passing was confirmed by Electronic Arts, the parent company of Respawn Entertainment, the development studio that he helped create.
The celebrated video game developer passed away following his car crashed and burst into flames on a freeway in LA on Sunday, US media outlets report.
"We are facing a devastating loss, and our deepest sympathies go to Vince's loved ones, his loved ones, and everyone impacted by his creative vision," a representative from Electronic Arts commented.
